Everyone seems to have a different view of what it means to be healthy. Health is more than what we eat and how we exercise; it’s about the thoughts we have, the language we use and the relationships we surround ourselves with. These are all essential for total wellness.

As a holistic health and wellness coach, I strive to help clients find clarity in their own, personal health and wellness journey. My goal is to help you feel more confident in your own skin - physically (achieving that “glow”, overcoming hormonal issues, etc), but mentally (improving your relationship with food & exercise, etc), as well.

I specialize in helping you connect the pieces of the puzzle, and overcome the sense of stress that being unsure of causes. Together, we will work to reclaim your confidence and passion, and allow you to have the tools needed to continue smiling through all of the Q's of your life.

My approach to finding wellness utilizes the My Q-Life Essentials, which takes a holistic view at all areas of your life, such as relationships, stress, joy and purpose (as well as nutrition and movement). When these areas are out of balance, so is our physical health (and vise-versa).

Together, we’ll work to figure out what’s holding you back, and help you live more mindfully. Whatever the struggle, I want to allow you to take back the power!
