Let’s work on filling your own cup

As your holistic health and wellness coach, I strive to help you find clarity in your own, personal health and wellness journey. My goal is to help you feel more confident in your own skin - physically (achieving that “glow”, overcoming hormonal issues, etc), but mentally (improving your relationship with food & exercise, etc), as well. Together, we’ll work to integrate healthy habits into your daily life.

I accept clients anywhere in the United States, where we will meet virtually, or on the phone. If you live in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, there is the option to physically meet, as well.

Each health coaching program is tailored just for you, based on what works best for your body, lifestyle and personality! I offer individuals sessions, as well as monthly programs, depending on what is best for you and your health goals.


 What to Expect

During these Individual Sessions (video call or in person), we’ll chat about where you’re at, and develop a plan to get you to where you want to be. 

Before your initial session a health history is completed by you, in which we review your current habits and goals.

In your initial session, we assess your current lifestyle, concerns and goals to create a tailored plan just for you.

In your follow-up sessions, I’ll make suggestions, based on where you are, and we’ll build on habits from the prior session with fun “homework” assignments to complete in between sessions.

You’ll receive various handouts, recipes, meal plans and recommendations - all tailored for your specific goals! I will hold you accountable to your goals and commitments, and give you the support and guidance needed, to follow through!

In your final session, you and I will assess your progress, and you’ll leave with recommendations to maintain what you’ve achieved for a lifetime of good health!


  • One 60-minute coaching call, via video-call, telephone, or in person

  • Two weeks of unlimited text and email support, after our coaching session

  • A health plan


  • One 50-minute coaching call, via video-call, telephone, or in person

  • Two weeks of unlimited text and email support, after our coaching session

  • A health plan


  • One 25-minute coaching call, via video-call, telephone, or in person

  • One week of unlimited text and email support, after our coaching session

  • A health plan


Ever have those days where you could really use some motivation? Wishing somebody was there to hold you accountable, and/or help you decide on which type of exercise, or food, was best for the day? This is for you; I’ll literally be in your back pocket. A month’s worth of accountability (email and text) to help you stay motivated and feeling good! *Only applies for clients that have previously-purchased sessions.

Monthly Programs

Each coaching program is made just for you, based on what you want to accomplish for your health, and what works best for your body and lifestyle. If you’re interested in a deeper commitment, I, also, offer monthly program options.

All monthly programs include unlimited text/email support, during duration of program, as well as a health plan.

One Month (3 sessions)

  • $625, one-time payment

Three Months (6 Sessions)

  • $400 per month

Six Months (12 sessions)

  • $375 per month
